PASSION

Passion – known locally as Maracuja has a distinctive sweet and sour taste with plenty of smoky and lemony hints. Blended with mayonnaise and kept in the fridge it goes on everything and makes an excellent basting sauce

Ingredients:
40% pure passion fruit (maracuja), roast chili, onion, brown sugar, lemon zest and juice, paprika, soy oil, vinegar, less than .01% sodium benzoate.
